The Registration of students for placement takes place, where they submit necessary documents and information.
Company Selection occurs, where companies are chosen based on criteria such as job profile, salary package, and company reputation.
Pre-placement talk (PPT) is conducted, allowing companies to interact with students and provide an overview of the company and available opportunities.
Written Test/Online Assessment is administered to shortlist candidates, evaluating their aptitude, technical skills, and subject knowledge.
Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI) is held to assess the communication skills, teamwork, and personality traits of the candidates.
Final Selection is made, where companies select students based on their performance in the previous rounds.
Job Offer, a review of the selected candidates' documents and verification of their eligibility criteria is performed.
Acceptance and Joining Formalities take place, where students confirm their acceptance of the job offer and complete the necessary joining formalities.
Placement Confirmation is sent to the students and the companies, marking the completion of the placement process.
